Phase 2 Of The HCG Diet Explained

Further Instructions

Finally, you are instructed not to eat more than one type of any food category at a single meal. For example, you can’t have both strawberries and apples, or chicken and beef at one sitting. In addition, you aren’t allowed to eat any food twice in one day, or two days in a row.

Also, you’ll be taking your HCG drops three times every day, at the dosage which you require. However, keep in mind that you will stop using them 72 hours before Phase 2 ends, as this will give your body time to clear it out of your system. Why is this necessary?
